Romain Collet

Romain Collet, CIM®, currently serves as the AVP of Real Estate Asset Management at Mackenzie Investments, overseeing acquisitions, dispositions, and management of a 35-property commercial real estate portfolio. Prior to this role, Romain held the position of Head of Finance for Store Development at Aritzia, where responsibilities included managing financial operations, developing real estate strategies, and conducting financial analyses to optimize leasing agreements. Romain's career also includes experience as a Mortgage Investment Analyst at ACM Advisors, a Real Estate Acquisitions & Sales Manager at Beekman REIM, and a Real Estate Asset Manager at DTZ Investors. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in International Project Management from ESCP Business School and a Master's Degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Ecole spéciale des Travaux publics, du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie.
