Vrunda Patel

Vrunda Patel is a seasoned Business Analyst with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently at Mackenzie Investments since July 2021, Vrunda has played a key role in Agile processes, including Sprint Planning and Retrospective Meetings, while collaborating with the cloud infrastructure team on architecture and project implementation. Prior to this, Vrunda worked at Aviva Canada from January 2020 to June 2021, where the emphasis was on gathering business requirements and developing Use Case Specifications for Authorization modules. Earlier, at National Bank of Canada from September 2018 to December 2019, more experience was gained in Agile practices and acquiring business sign-offs for user design documents. Vrunda holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Karnataka State Open University and a Diploma in Information Technology from Nirma University.
