Mackenzie
Jim Van Lanen is an experienced Project Manager currently at Mackenzie since July 2014, focusing on managing projects for the Kroger Team account through various stages of development. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Senior Associate at MulvannyG2 Architecture from June 2006 to June 2014, leading the Target Retail Account and providing architectural support to multiple retail clients including Kroger and Safeway. Jim also served as a Project Manager at Sienna Architecture Company from February 2002 to May 2006, managing new store projects and remodels for Fred Meyer, a Kroger Company. Earlier in their career, Jim was the Director of Architecture at Hollywood Entertainment from 1994 to 2001, where responsibilities included managing the Architecture Department and overseeing a national rollout for Hollywood Video stores. Jim's academic background includes a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon and previous studies at Oregon State University and Purdue University.
