Elise Partin

Elise Partin serves as the Public Speaking & Executive Coaching Senior Counsel at Mackey Strategies since November 2020 and has been a faculty member at The Buckley School of Public Speaking since November 2016. In addition, Elise has held the position of Mayor for the City of Cayce since November 2008 and has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of South Carolina since August 1997. Educationally, Elise holds a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of South Carolina (1992-1993) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution (1987-1991), following an educational foundation at Bishop England High School (1984-1987).
