Sergey Balioz

Sergey Balioz serves as the General Manager at Software MacKiev since 2005, overseeing all operations and leading over 400 employees while driving corporate business development and long-term planning. With a robust management background in finance and operations, Sergey has successfully reorganized the company's structure to foster growth and introduced specialized departments in HR, Training Systems, IT, Finance, and Production. Prior to this role, Sergey held the position of Director of Organization Development & Resource Management at Miratech, where responsibilities included setting up offshore development centers and managing IT infrastructure.
