Donna Meechan

Donna Meechan has a diverse work experience history. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Quality Improvement Coordinator at Lion. In 2009, they became a Project Manager for the Non Salaried Payroll project, implementing SAP payroll across National Foods business sites. Donna also held the role of Business Process Knowledge Manager during this time, responsible for internal consulting and leading change communications. In 2014, Donna worked as a Business Systems Programme Manager at Cancer Council Victoria, managing the CRM Business Systems team and promoting continuous improvement. Donna then transitioned to Change Manager roles at MacKillop Family Services and Changeworks Consulting from 2016 to 2019. Most recently, Donna was an HR Business Change Enablement Manager at MacKillop Family Services.

Donna Meechan obtained a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from RMIT University, which they attended from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2007, they also pursued a Masters Business Leadership and a Graduate Diploma in Organizational Change & Consulting, both from RMIT University, specializing in the field of Business.
