Glenn Turville has a diverse work experience history. Glenn began their career as an Account Executive at The Age in 2002 before transitioning to the role of Personal Trainer at YMCA Australia in 2004. In 2007, they became a Youth Justice Worker at the Department of Health & Human Services, Victoria, where they worked until 2010. Following this, Glenn worked as a Case Manager in Child Protection at The Salvation Army Australia from 2010 to 2012. Glenn then joined Care Connect Group as a Case Manager for programs focused on Acquired Brain Injury and General Disability from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, Glenn became an Operations Manager at Urban Trucking and Logistics before taking on a role as an NDIS Educator at Brotherhood of St Laurence in 2016. Glenn then transitioned to be a Team Supervisor for NDIS Support Coordination at MOIRA from 2017 to 2018. Most recently, Glenn worked as a Program Manager for Support Coordination at Northern Support Services from 2018 to 2019. Glenn is currently employed by MacKillop Family Services as a Disability Services Manager.

Glenn Turville earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Science (Public Health) from La Trobe University. Glenn pursued this degree from 2006 to 2010.
