Rod Mastel

Rod Mastel has extensive experience in the manufacturing and operations sectors, currently serving as the Operations Manager at Mackow Industries, a role held since November 2017. Prior to this position, Rod worked at Norwood Sales from July 2012 to November 2017 as Plant Manager and Production Engineer. Earlier in their career, Rod held the role of Engineering Manager at Buhler Industries Inc. Fargo for six months in 2012, after which Rod spent nearly a decade as a Manufacturing Engineer at Buhler Industries from July 2002 to January 2012.
