Lee Crump

Lee Crump has over three decades of experience at Mackwell, progressing from a Lighting Assembly Operator to the current role of Production Engineering Manager, where responsibilities include leading and mentoring the engineering team while ensuring production and manufacturing goals are achieved. Throughout the career, Lee has acquired expertise in various areas, including process improvement, machine diagnostics, and the implementation of best practices such as Continuous Improvement and Standard Operating Procedures. Lee holds multiple educational qualifications, including a BTEC Higher National Certificate in Mechanical and Production Engineering, and has completed management certifications, all contributing to a comprehensive engineering and management skill set.
