Lance Holst

Lance Holst has extensive experience in engineering and facilities maintenance, currently serving as Facilities Maintenance Supervisor at MacLean Engineering since August 2017. Previously, Lance held the position of Process Engineering Technologist at Hammond Manufacturing Co. Ltd from September 2013 to August 2017, and was a Methods Engineering Student at the same company. Early career experiences include a Manufacturing Engineering Student role at SAF-HOLLAND Inc. and a Quality Assurance Technician position at Martinrea International. Lance's foundational experience includes general labor and machine operation in the stone manufacturing industry from 2007 to 2010. Lance holds an Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering: Robotics and Automation from Conestoga College and an OSSGD from West Hill Secondary School.
