Lynsey Wilson

Director of Client Services at Maclynn - (formerly The Vida Consultancy)

Lynsey Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Lynsey began their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Aberdeen in 2008, where they worked on investigations related to Robotic Arm Therapy and structural brain differences in children with Developmental Coordination Disorder.

In 2009, they transitioned to the role of Research Officer at Swansea University, where they continued their research work until 2013.

From 2010 to 2014, Lynsey volunteered as a Facilitator and Co-ordinator for a self-help group at Beat, an organization focusing on eating disorders.

In 2013, they joined Save the Children UK as an Evaluation and Research Advisor, contributing their expertise until 2018.

Lynsey's most recent work experience has been with Maclynn (formerly The Vida Consultancy) since 2018. Lynsey started as a Matchmaker and eventually became the Head of Matchmaking. In April 2022, they assumed the role of Director of Client Services, where they currently work.

Lynsey Wilson started their education at the University of Aberdeen from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a Psychology MA. Later, in 2011, they attended Swansea University and completed an MSc in Abnormal and Clinical Psychology, studying there until 2013. Additionally, Lynsey Wilson pursued a COSCA counselling skills 1-4 certification from the University of Aberdeen, with the awarding body being Napier University, Edinburgh.
