Chris Ransom

Chris Ransom is an experienced resource and delivery manager currently with Macmillan Cancer Support since June 2019. Prior to this role, Chris served as the operations engagement and development manager at Nexus Vehicle Rental, where responsibilities included recruitment and training of operational staff. Chris also held the position of head of contact center at CURO Financial Technologies Corp, overseeing a 100-seat contact center focused on multi-channel communications for payday loan products. Earlier in the career, Chris was the head of rescue claims at Direct Line Group, managing a multi-site contact center with 400 staff members, including operations managers and team leaders.
