Prof Robert Thomas MD serves as a Medical and Health Journalist at NationalWorld and has authored influential works, including "How To Live." As a Professor of Exercise and Biological Science at the University of Bedfordshire, Prof Thomas combines academia with clinical practice, holding positions as a Clinical Teacher at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and a Senior Clinical Tutor at the University of Cambridge. In his role as Clinical Lead for the National Living Well Programme at Cancer Partners UK, Prof Thomas focuses on lifestyle interventions for cancer care.
