Steven McIntosh

Steven McIntosh is an experienced leader in advocacy and partnerships, currently serving as Chief Partnerships Officer at Macmillan Cancer Support since March 2020, where responsibility includes building strategic partnerships across multiple sectors. Prior roles include Executive Director of Advocacy & Communications and Director of Policy, Campaigns & Influencing at Save the Children UK, driving initiatives to address child poverty and influencing government policy. Additionally, Steven has represented Save the Children International in China, developing strategies for the organization's influence on national development agendas. Earlier experience includes managing policy and public affairs at Carers UK, leading significant advocacy efforts for carers. Steven McIntosh holds an MSc in Development Studies from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BA in Philosophy and Politics from the University of Warwick.
