Jane Knetzger

Jane Knetzger has extensive work experience in the publishing industry. Jane began their career at Holt, Rinehart and Winston in 1984, where they worked as an Editorial Assistant, Developmental Editor, and Senior Developmental Editor. In 1988, they joined Houghton Mifflin Company as an Editor and worked their way up to Senior Associate Editor. Jane then took on the role of Managing Development Editor and eventually became a Senior Editor and Basic Book Editor. In 2001, Knetzger joined Macmillan Learning as the Director of Development, History, for Bedford/St. Martin's. Jane recently served as the Director of Content Development, Humanities, where they managed an editorial team and provided leadership in developing higher education content.
