Monica Dsouza is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technical project management and application architecture. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Macmillan Learning since July 2019, Monica has previously held key roles at Dodge Data & Analytics as a Technical Lead and Technical Project Manager, and at McGraw Hill Financial as a Technical Lead. Monica's career began at Datamatics as a Software Developer and progressed through various positions at Capgemini Consulting and Xansa, accumulating significant expertise in software development and project management.
