Gracie M.

Gracie M. serves as the Executive Vice President, People & Culture at Macmillan since January 2021, overseeing Human Resources, Communications & Community, DEI, and Meeting Services teams. Prior to this, Gracie M. held various senior human resources roles, including Senior Vice President at the National Basketball Association, where responsibilities included leading the Team HR Advisory Group and supporting multiple leagues. Previous experience includes Vice President of Human Resources with the Golden State Warriors, Executive Director of Human Resources at Condé Nast, and Vice President of Human Resources for the New Jersey Devils. Earlier in the career, Gracie M. was a Director of Human Resources at YES Network and served in HR roles at Polo Ralph Lauren and Coach, beginning with a position as a Financial Analyst. Gracie M. is an alumnus of the University at Albany.
