Radostin Dechev has extensive maritime experience, beginning as Captain at Kotani Shipmanagement from May 2001 to August 2008, overseeing container ships. Dechev transitioned to Captain roles at V.Ships for cruise ships and FRS for high-speed Ro-Ro Pax ferries from January 2009 to August 2011. Following this, Dechev served as Captain at the National Ferries Company until March 2021 and then held the position of Fleet Senior Master at Matrix Ship Management LTD from June 2021 to June 2025.
