Neil Malherbe has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Neil began their career in 1995 as the CEO and Chairman of MacNeil Pty LTD. In 2002, they established Malherbe Trading & Investment Co.Pty LTD where they served as a director. In 2006, they founded Mal-Berry Investment Co PTY Ltd, where they also held the position of director and focused on developer/contractor services in the construction industry. In 2010, they became the Executive Chairman of Macneil Plastics, a joint venture between Invicta Holdings and himself, specializing in manufacturing plastic pipes and fittings. In the same year, they also joined NCKS Property Investment as a director. Neil then became the Managing Director of NSM Holdings Pty Ltd in 1996. Most recently, Neil Malherbe became the CEO of Building Supply Group, a subsidiary of Invicta Holdings, which was formed in 2012 through the merger of Macneil and Tiletoria Group.
