Beverly Ortiz-Ramirez

Beverly Ortiz-Ramirez is a Hardware Engineer 2 at MACOM since February 2023, focusing on high-speed evaluation board design. Previously, Beverly served as a Hardware Engineer Intern at MACOM, where responsibilities included schematic design, PCB layout for a thermal electric cooler controller, and data simulation. As an Electronic System Engineer for the UCI HyperXite team, Beverly led a team on the Hyperloop Pod VII project, managing electronics group tasks and designing embedded systems. Prior experience includes working as a Power System Engineer for Chevron, where engineering work orders were generated to maintain compliance with environmental regulations, and as an Usher/Ticket Taker at the Bren Events Center providing excellent customer service. Beverly holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from UC Irvine.
