Frank Layo

Frank Layo is a transportation and logistics expert with over 20 years of experience in the field. Frank is currently a co-founder at Macondo Vision, a company that specializes in supply chain management. Prior to Macondo, Layo worked as a partner at Kurt Salmon, where they helped develop comprehensive retail, ecommerce, and Omnichannel supply chains for a number of department stores and hard goods retailers. Frank is also a former transportation officer for the US Air Force, where they gained valuable experience in logistics and transportation management. Throughout their career, Layo has been instrumental in developing individual standards programs, conducting operational and facility assessments, and evaluating third-party logistics providers. Their experience and knowledge have helped countless businesses optimize their supply chains and improve their overall operations.

Frank Layo graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. Frank then went on to earn their Masters in Business from the University of Phoenix.
