Marta Olovets is an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in compliance, recruitment, and strategic business development. Currently at MacPaw since June 2023, Marta ensures adherence to local and international employment laws and monitors the business environment. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Neo Cybernetica, where Marta implemented recruitment processes for technical teams, and at Teknika Corporation, collaborating with co-founders to develop marketing and sales strategies while assisting in talent acquisition. Additional experience includes organizing HR functions at Alohop and serving as a Urology Resident at the Institute of Urology.
