Jamie McDonald

Jamie McDonald is a Graduate Product Designer at Macphie UK since June 2022, following a role as a Junior Sous Chef at Daisy Tasker, a two-rosette restaurant, where daily kitchen operations were managed from May 2018 to September 2022. Prior to this, Jamie worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Naples Federico II from February 2022 to May 2022, focusing on nutritional analysis and microbiology testing within the department of shelf life and packaging. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science in Food and Consumer Science from Abertay University and a Higher National Certificate in Hospitality from Dundee and Angus College.
