Lydia Potter

Lydia Potter is a skilled bakery technologist currently working at Macphie UK since May 2023, specializing in new product development. Previous experience includes serving as an artisan baker at Patina from November 2022 to February 2023, where production encompassed a variety of baked goods, and working as a baker at Bandit Bakery from November 2021 to November 2022.
