Maurice Shinall

Maurice Shinall is a seasoned QA Manager at MacPractice Inc. since July 2012, overseeing the performance and productivity of QA staff while enhancing QA tools and processes. Previously, Maurice served as a QA Analyst, focusing on software testing and documentation review, and supported clients as an EMR/EHR/Paper Forms Specialist. In addition to experience at MacPractice, Maurice has been an Assistant Manager at Jake's Cigars & Spirits since 2003, where responsibilities include training staff and maintaining store operations. Earlier roles include positions at Bruegger's Bagels and Bison Witches in food service. Maurice holds a degree from Southeast Community College and a high school diploma from Lincoln High School.
