Alison Yap

Alison Yap is an accomplished Project Governance and Portfolio Manager with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently at Macquarie Group since August 2021, Alison leads the PMO for the Non-Financial Risk Evolution Program, overseeing frameworks and tools for effective risk management. Prior positions include the Delivery Operations Lead at Aware Super, where Alison developed the Enterprise Project Management Framework, and Senior Project Analyst at National Australia Bank, managing a $130 million program during the sale of MLC’s life insurance business. Alison's earlier roles at BT Financial Group and AMP involved supporting major transformation projects, including the award-winning AMP & AXA Integration Program. Alison holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Newcastle and a Diploma of Financial Planning from Kaplan Professional Education.
