Angharad Withers

Angharad Withers is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in media and external communications, particularly within the financial sector. Currently serving as the lead for media and external communications for Macquarie Asset Management in ANZ since February 2014, Angharad has held various roles, including Senior Manager and Manager, focusing on transaction and project communications. Noteworthy projects include the launch of Avertas Energy and media engagement for the new Sydney Metro Martin Place integrated station development. Prior to Macquarie, Angharad worked as a Press Officer at Nomura Securities and NSW Health, executing media strategies across diverse sectors. Angharad holds a Masters in Media Practice and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney.
