Arrian van Zal

Arrian van Zal is a Principal Engineer at Macquarie Group, with extensive experience in leadership and technical roles within the technology sector. Prior to joining Macquarie Group in August 2024, Arrian served as Principal Engineer and Head of R&D at Sourced Group an Amdocs Company from January 2015 to April 2024, where responsibilities included leading a high-performing engineering team, establishing a product development team, and significantly expanding the Singapore office. Earlier roles included contributions as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at notable organizations such as Qantas Airways and Commonwealth Bank, as well as foundational work as a Firmware Engineer at Halytech and System Verification Tester at IBM. Arrian holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from UNSW, completed in 2011.
