Doug Noble

Doug Noble is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager/VP of Internal Communications at Macquarie Group since January 2022, Doug leads staff engagement initiatives within Macquarie Asset Management in the Americas. Prior roles include Vice President of Internal Communications at Waddell & Reed and UMB Bank, where Doug managed employee communications and provided strategic support to HR teams. Doug's earlier experience includes consultancy at H&R Block, senior communications roles at Swiss Re and GE Insurance Solutions, and public affairs coordination in Platte County, Missouri. Doug holds an MBA and a BS in Journalism from The University of Kansas.
