Gurpreet Singh Chawla

Gurpreet Singh Chawla is an experienced data management professional currently serving as the Data Management Lead at Macquarie Group since March 2018, where leadership is provided in data management, data quality, and data architecture programs for the Finance Management Group. Previously, Gurpreet held the role of Lead Consultant at ASX from September 2017 to March 2018, leading a team to modernize the 30-year-old Central Data Platform with a Big Data Platform. A diverse career began with a period as a Freelancer exploring Asia, Australia, and India. Gurpreet gained extensive experience at Nomura from July 2008 to November 2016 in various capacities, including Product Owner and Senior Business Analyst, focusing on enterprise data warehousing and business intelligence for risk data analysis and reporting.
