Jonathan Yang

Jonathan Yang is a Senior Service Designer at Macquarie Group, where they utilize human-centred design methods to address complex challenges. Previously, Jonathan held various roles, including Senior Service Designer at Meld Studios and Transport for NSW, and served as an Academic Studio Lead at the University of Technology Sydney. They have a Master's degree from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor's degree from Unitec | Te Pūkenga. With a strong interest in urban environments, behavioural change, and mobility as a service (MaaS), Jonathan continues to shape innovative solutions in service design.
