Rishil Patel

Rishil Patel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Macquarie Group since January 2014, focusing on gas, power, LNG, and CO2 origination within the EMEA Gas and Power business. Prior to this role, Rishil Patel held positions as Managing Director and Director in the same division, enhancing the company's capabilities in gas and power origination. Earlier career experience includes a role in commodities sales targeting European utilities at Barclays Investment Bank from September 2006 to December 2013. Rishil Patel holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, both from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
