Russell Isaac

Russell Isaac is an experienced professional in financial management and data governance, currently serving as the Head of Data and Global Head of Group Regulatory Reporting at Macquarie Group since September 2011. Isaac has held several senior roles at Macquarie Group, including Group Data Officer for the Financial Management Group. Prior experience includes Principal Consultant at Evolve Partnership, where management consulting focused on process improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Isaac also served as Lean Six Sigma Leader at GE Capital, mentoring over 25 projects across the Asia-Pacific region, and held roles as Master Black Belt and Black Belt in operations at GE Commercial Finance, overseeing Lean Six Sigma and Net Promoter Score initiatives in Australia and New Zealand. Early career positions included financial controller roles at Macquarie Bank and JP Morgan, in addition to a solid educational foundation in accounting and finance from the University of South Wales and The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
