Thomas Poulton

Thomas Poulton has extensive experience in procurement and commercial management, currently serving as Head of Sustainable Procurement at Macquarie Group since June 2018. Previously, Thomas held positions at Westpac between February 2014 and June 2018, including Senior Commercial Manager, overseeing a $250M+ Banking Services portfolio, and Category Manager for Operations & Logistics. Prior roles included Commercial Manager at AMP, managing communication logistics, and Senior Strategic Sourcing Analyst at BlueScope Steel, focusing on supplier analysis and cost modeling. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business & Economics from the University of Wollongong, completed in 2010.
