Aledis Kedwell has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. From 2008 to 2011, they served as the PMO & Quality Assurance Manager at BNP Paribas Securities Services, where they established an offshore Application Testing capability and implemented an effective IT project methodology. From 2011 to 2016, they worked for BPAY, initially as the Data Centre Operations Manager, then as the IT Service Delivery Manager, and later as the Head of IT Operations. Aledis then joined Raytheon from 2016 to 2018 as the IT Service Operations Manager. In 2018, they briefly worked as the Head of IT Strategy & Operations at Standards Australia before going on maternity leave in December 2018. Currently, they are the Head of Service Assurance at Macquarie Technology Group, where they lead a customer-focused team.

Aledis Kedwell completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategy & Leadership from the Australian Institute of Management between 2020 and 2022. Prior to this, they pursued a major in Computing Science with a specialization in Information Technology at the University of New England from 2000 to 2004. Before that, Aledis attended Macquarie University from 1996 to 1999 for Environmental and Resource Management. Additionally, they graduated from Pymble Ladies' College in 1995 with a High School degree.

In terms of certifications, Aledis obtained a CX Design Bootcamp certification from Plato Project in November 2018. They also achieved the CSM: Certified ScrumMaster designation from Scrum Alliance in March 2014 and an ITIL V3 Expert certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in June 2012.
