Krish Ruban

Krish Ruban has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Krish started their career as a Sales Executive at Quick Colour Print in 2005, where they focused on sales, account management, and lead generation. Krish then transitioned to Oporto as a Store Manager, overseeing daily operations, staff management, and customer service.

In 2008, Krish joined HSBC and held various positions, including Credit Verifications Officer, Procurement Project Manager, Subject Matter Expert, and Disputes Case Officer. Krish'sresponsibilities included system analysis, investigations, data analysis, and providing support to operations teams.

Krish joined Qudos Bank in 2016 as a Fraud Analyst, where they gained experience in investigations, fraud analytics, and customer relations. Krish then moved on to Microsoft, initially as a Social Community Manager for Microsoft Consumer and later as the Head of Social Command Center & Social Strategy at Microsoft APAC. In these roles, they developed social marketing strategies, managed social channels, and provided data analysis and reporting.

In 2020, Krish joined Digivizer as the Head of Global Customer Success & Agency Lead, responsible for global customer success and managing agency relationships. Most recently, they became the Head of Marketing - Data Centres at Macquarie Technology Group in 2022.

Throughout their career, Krish has demonstrated strong skills in marketing, data analysis, fraud prevention, and project management. Krish'sdiverse background and experience make him a valuable asset to any organization.

Krish Ruban holds a Certificate in User Interaction and Experience, which they obtained in 2015 from Billy Blue College of Design. Prior to that, they pursued a Diploma in Graphic Design at Nepean Arts and Design Centre - Tafe NSW, with the specific field of study being Graphic Design. Krish also possesses a High School Diploma from William Carey Christian School.
