Melissa Prosen is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience leading strategic marketing and communications initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing at MacQueen since July 2022, Prosen drives enterprise-wide marketing, brand management, and communications strategies to enhance market presence and customer engagement. Previous roles include Brand & Marketing Communications Account Director at Words At Work, Senior Marketing Strategist at C.H. Robinson, and Director of Corporate Communications at J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. Prosen also held several leadership positions at ENTRUST DATACARD, overseeing global brand and marketing communications. Prosen's career began at Datacard Group, where foundational marketing skills were developed. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a Bachelor’s Degree in Comprehensive Marketing, Prosen combines a wealth of experience with a solid educational background to achieve measurable results for organizations.
