Rachel Nonaka

Rachel Nonaka is a Partner at the boutique recruiting firm Macrae, Inc., where they specialize in placing partners, counsel, and groups into top global, national, and regional law firms. They have extensive experience as a former federal prosecutor at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia, where they investigated white collar securities enforcement actions for over a decade. Rachel also served as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University Law Center, co-teaching a JD-level seminar on government investigations focusing on the SEC. Currently, they are a member of the Board of Directors at Western Fairfax Christian Ministries.
