Himer Sanchez has extensive experience in the baking industry, currently serving in a delivery role at Macrina Bakery since August 2016. Prior to this position, Himer held the title of Supervisor of Bread Production at The Essential Baking Company from March 2006 to November 2015. Himer's educational background includes completing high school at Universidad Americana de Acapulco, A.C., as well as attending a Mexico high school.
