Kieran Duffy

Kieran Duffy has a diverse work experience in facilities management and engineering roles. Kieran started their career as a BSE Apprentice at ENGIE UK & Ireland in 2010 and worked as an Electrical Engineer there until 2018. Kieran then served as a Graduate Operations Manager in various periods from 2018 to 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Technical and Compliance Manager, where they were responsible for the Hard FM delivery of the HMCTS Estate and managed over 375 properties. In 2021, they joined EQUANS UK & Ireland as a Technical and Compliance Manager but left in early 2022. Later in 2022, they joined Mace as a Senior Technical Facilities Manager and was promoted to Account Lead in April 2023. Kieran is currently working at Macro, formerly Mace Operate, as an Account Lead.

Kieran Duffy completed an NVQ L3 in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering Technology/Technician at Salford College from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, Kieran Duffy obtained an HNC & ONC in Building Services Engineering from Trafford College.
