Rachel Gillott

Rachel Gillott has a strong background in operations and project management. Rachel is currently the Operations Director at Macro (formerly Mace Operate), a position they have held since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Mace for a significant amount of time, holding several roles including Operations Director from October 2017 to November 2023, Associate Director from March 2016 to October 2017, Senior Project Manager from January 2014 to March 2016, and Project Manager from August 2007 to December 2013. Rachel also had experience working in North America as a Project Manager at Mace North America Limited from April 2012 to December 2013. Rachel began their career as an Assistant Project Manager at Stuart Brown Partnership LLP from November 2005 to August 2007.
