Conor McNaughton

Mr. McNaughton is a Managing Partner and chief operating officer of Kingsway Capital Partners Limited, responsible for the firm’s non-investment activities, including operations, compliance, and risk management. Prior to joining Kingsway, Conor was the UK Director of Business Risk Management at Cambridge Associates, where he led the operational due diligence reviews for funds based in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He previously held positions at Schroders NewFinance Capital, Deloitte CIS, and KPMG in London, Moscow, and Dublin respectively. He is a member of the institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and was educated at Trinity College Dublin and the London School of Economics.
