Shanna Batten

Shanna Batten is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in operations and data management. Since May 2017, Shanna has held multiple titles at Macro Helix LLC, advancing from Data Management Specialist to Senior Manager IT Operations and IT Operations Team Lead. Prior to this, Shanna worked at Premier Inc. from November 2004 to February 2017, serving in various roles including Application Support Specialist, Supervisor overseeing project management for 60 hospitals, Data Consultant handling clinical and financial data, and Data Analyst. Shanna earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a high school diploma from Milton High School.
