Shaily Roberts

Shaily Roberts has a long history of work experience in the field of account management and consulting. Shaily began their career in 1996 as a Management Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 2003 they moved to BearingPoint as a Senior Consultant. In 2007, they joined Avectra as an Account Manager, where they managed and improved relationships with existing customer base of over 40 varied organizations and leveraged their strong technical background to effectively communicate to a non-technical audience. In 2014, they were promoted to Senior Account Manager at Macro Solutions.

Shaily Roberts graduated from James Madison University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Computer Information Systems. In January 2023, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
