Matthew Chen is an Engineering Manager with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where they also served as a Teaching Assistant and Grader. They have worked in various engineering roles, including Test Engineer and Test Engineering Lead at MacroFab, contributing to the automation of quality assurance and data collection processes. In addition, Matthew gained experience at Textron Systems, focusing on avionics testing, and held a summer internship at Burns & McDonnell, where they edited engineering drawings for projects. Their leadership experience includes serving as a Summer Youth Intern at West Houston Chinese Church and a Shift Leader at Baskin Robbins.
