Randall Merritt

Randall Merritt, CPA, currently serves as Controller at MacroFab, Inc. since November 2019, managing all financial aspects of the company. Prior to MacroFab, Randall occupied the role of Business Controller at Cornerstone Valve from July 2011 to September 2019, overseeing financial operations including payroll, insurance, and tax filings, while preparing and reviewing monthly financials and hosting audits. From January 2004 to July 2011, Randall was the Business Operations Manager at Brown and Merritt Construction Inc., where responsibilities included preparing financial statements, conducting bank reconciliations, managing payroll, filing tax returns, and supervising staff. Randall holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston-Downtown.
