Changnam Chu

Changnam Chu serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Macrogen Inc. since April 2022, previously holding the position of Enterprise Technologist at Amazon Web Services from July 2020 to April 2022. Prior to that, Changnam had a long tenure at 삼성전자 from January 1988 to June 2020, climbing through various roles including Senior Vice President, Vice President, Principal Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Software Engineer. Major contributions include leading service development for Samsung mobile projects such as Samsung Pay, Galaxy Store, and IoT services, as well as engineering advancements in the Samsung Galaxy series and multimedia technologies. Changnam Chu earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from Sungkyunkwan University from 1984 to 1988.
