John K. Zehmer

John K. Zehmer is a highly experienced scientist with a strong background in purification sciences and development. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at MacroGenics, Inc. since February 2018, John has previously held senior and director-level roles at BioReliance, where responsibilities included managing logistical planning for over 120 studies annually and overseeing numerous GLP viral clearance studies. John's career also includes positions as a Medical Researcher at PinnacleCare, a Scientist at Therabron Therapeutics, and A&G Pharmaceuticals, and a Postdoctoral Fellow at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Biology from Arizona State University, an MA from William & Mary, and a B.S. from Guilford College.
