Sarah Shelly

Sarah Shelly is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at MacroGenics, Inc., since March 2023, Sarah is responsible for developing talent acquisition strategies and leading full-life cycle recruiting efforts. Prior to this role, Sarah worked as Talent Acquisition and Retention Manager at Interra Credit Union, where responsibilities included managing recruitment and retention programs across all organizational levels. At Braskem America, Sarah held multiple positions, including Talent Acquisition Specialist, Interim People & Organization Leader, and Learning & Development Analyst, contributing to HR processes and development programs. Sarah began a professional career with early roles as an HR intern and sales intern, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
