Michael Kuzmuk

Michael Kuzmuk is the Assistant Director of Project Management at MACRO in New York. Michael has over 14 years of experience in the industry and is focused on tenant fit outs, space reconfiguration, workplace strategy, and value enhancement.

Previously, Michael was a Project Manager at Savills for nine years, where they gained extensive experience in managing infrastructure upgrades, data center cooling systems, and space modernization projects. Michael also has experience in auditing projects and has a NY State Real Estate Salesperson license.

Before Savills, Michael worked at Milrose Consultants, Inc. for five years as a Project Executive. In this role, they were responsible for project budgeting, on-site supervision, and project auditing.

Michael has worked on a variety of high-profile projects during their career, including Zillow Group, Verisk Analytics, Associated Press, Fitch Ratings, CFA Institute, Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Institute of Culinary Education (ICE), Centre Partners, CACEIS, gyro NY, The Foundation for the Global Compact, Bliss Spa, BBC NY, The Cochran Group, Cammack Retirement, and NYCDS.

Michael Kuzmuk has a degree in communication from North Carolina State University and a degree in business management from Lebanon Valley College.
